About Neal Martin Zeavy
Neal Martin Zeavy is a commercial real estate developer and investor with varied entrepreneurial pursuits. He aims to use his wealth to make a positive impact in the world. Beyond owning commercial property in multiple states, Neal Martin Zeavy is the co-owner of the Chicago-based Nic's Organic Fast Food, which is the world's first certified organic drive-thru restaurant. A strong proponent of CrossFit and its exercise routines, he also is in the midst of building the Center of Physical Arts, which when completed in 2019, will be one of the largest health and fitness facilities in the Pacific Northwest.
Additionally, Neal Martin Zeavy is the president of NZ Consulting, through which he licenses software to assist with raffle fundraisers. He is also a raffle director for numerous prominent nonprofits benefiting children and athletes with intellectual disabilities, such as Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern California and Special Olympics Southern California.
Since 2006, his work in this regard has helped raise more than $100 million for those nonprofits. He holds a bachelor's degree in community studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz (UCSC) and helped to pay for his tuition by working as an independent concert promoter and a UCSC resident adviser.
